Coming Up*...

"Last Wednesday Apèro" -  at 18.00 to 19.30 on the last Wednesday of each month. An informal chat and a drink at a different venue each time, including Banyuls and Collioure. 30 Jan at a mystery venue - Port Vendres' newest restaurant!

The Collioure Couleurs -The projections on the church take place on Fridays and Saturdays at 18h30 and 20h00 until 31 December. Some of us are meeting this Friday, 7th December at 17h30, to have a drink at La Boqueria in Collioure (next to the Templiers). You can either join us for a drink and then go and watch the Collioure Couleurs at 18h30 or have a drink and some tapas and then watch the show at 20h00. If you have already seen the show, come and join us for the evening anyway! I need to let Philippe at La Boqueria know the numbers for people eating by Thursday 6th December at the latest.

Couscous Royal at the 7 Grill in Port Vendres - Friday Jan 11th . We have booked a large table. Let us know if you want to come. There will be a vegetarian couscous as well.

Recipe Book - featuring favourite recipes from our members, the booklet is on sale now. If, like me, you are struggling to think of Christmas presents for relatives - do not worry. We have ordered more of our excellent Recipe Books, having sold all the first 100, and they have just arrived, so get your orders to us as soon as you can.

Vermeille Internationale AGM - 16th January at the Centre Culturel 18h00. One hour only, followed by drinks etc. Details are downloadable on the newsletter page.

Cinema at Port Vendres - Thursdays at 20.30

VI Groups - As the association grows, a variety of separate groups representing different activities are emerging. Details in the January newsletter, so if you are keen on any of the groups, let us know.

Russian: The small group of Russian speakers meets in Port Vendres on Fridays at 1500 for conversation and coffee when Tanya is here. Contact Linda for details.

Spanish: Carol Fraine has offered to lead a Spanish conversation group on Thursday afternoons if you want to go along. Again, contact Linda for details of venue. (Beginners level, but more advanced also possible.)
